HOUSE RULES

To ensure all the guests enjoy a good night’s sleep, 22:00 is the time to check the volume on your TV and for non-registered guests to leave the premises.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A fine of $300 will apply.

Our fire detection system is sensitive to cigarette smoke and NO cooking is permitted with fumes. Should the alarm go off:
DO NOT touch the detector
Open the balcony doors/windows, turn the air-conditioning on high and assist in airing the smoke by waving a towel.
Call reception on 08 8224 8888 immediately and refer to the Emergency Exit procedures on the back of the hotel room door
If there is a fire in the building, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS, USE THE STAIRS INSTEAD.
If the fire brigade is called out due to the guest's wrong doing, the guest will be charged a $1,000 call-out fee.

Keep your key card with you at all times. Your key will give you access to all entrances of the apartments and your room. To activate the power within your room, insert your key card into the power slot located near the door. If your key card does not work outside reception hours, please call security.

Please note that call-outs for non emergencies e.g. lock outs / lost access keys will incur a fee up to $150 for an after hours call out.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DETAILS
RECEPTION is located on the ground floor and is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm weekends to answer any queries, please call 08 8224 8888.
CAR PARKING for guests is available on-site for just $25 per day, book via reception.
CHECK-IN TIME 14:00, however, if you arrive earlier, we’ll be happy to hold your luggage while you explore.
CHECK-OUT TIME 10:00 am, however, late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Hume offer weekly servicing. If you are staying over a week, you room will be cleaned on the 4th day unless otherwise organised or advised by reception. Should you require extra amenities, bedding or towels for your room, please do not hesitate to see reception.

To dial to the apartment from outside, press the apartment number the press OK.
To answer in room, use the intercom handset. To open the door for your guest, press the key button on the handset.

Please be advised that the air conditioning will not operate whilst the balcony door is open.

If you find anything in your room that is not in working order please contact reception.

For Microwave and Stovetop use, please turn middle switch on the power switch on the benchtop in the kitchen.
